Is there an FAQ on how to set autologon and the program index page of roundcubemail?  Note that autologon is a plugin that should allow me to login programmatically as opposed to from a web page.

Lamine autologon is a plugin that automatically logs you in with the user and password in the config if you are connecting from localhost

Got it.  It works for me now.  I finally understood how to modify the sample autologon.php.
