I have change hostname after fresh installation but when i try to access to :

domain.tld/mail or domain.tld/iredadmin i have one error : Connexion failed. And nothing in log ! why ? sad

Do you have DNS A record of 'domain.ltd' points to this iRedMail server?
Does it work if you use IP address instead of domain name?

It's ok.

In /etc/nginx/nginx.conf missing « include /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/* »

iRedMail uses /etc/nginx/conf.d/ by default, not 'sites-enabled'.
