I got my iRedMail up and running in no time at all. Very happy with the product.

Sometimes junkmail like "Play at our casino" come through. So I put it in the Junk-folder but it doesn't seem to help.

I've searched for some guidence in this matter but it's hard to find.

Am I using the Junk folder correctly at all?

Best regards

Johan

Re: iRedMail

By default the junk folder doesn't do much, you have to set up sql Bayes as per our tutorial. The markasjunk plugin is the one that does the special work

Ahaaa, now I understand. I can totally do that smile.

But how come I can't just run sa-learn on junk and inbox. I only store ham in Inbox and only spam in junk.
Unfortunatly I can't run sa-learn. It just doesn't learn anything sad.

Re: iRedMail

Running Sa-learn on your junk and inbox should work, since that is all that the plugin does in the backend

Re: iRedMail

Without SQL Bayes setup - SA will keep per-system user bayes, so you would need to run sa-learn as the user vmail
