- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu Server 12.04

When adding a new domain I receive "Error: (1054, "Unknown column 'settings' in 'field list'")"

Is there part of the upgrade to 1.9.2 that I missed?

It's mentioned in iRedMail upgrade tutorial:

Please upgrade iRedMail to the latest stable release first, all upgrade tutorials are available here:
http://www.iredmail.org/docs/iredmail.releases.html

Usually, upgrading iRedMail is just updating some config files to achieve new features or fix bugs, you do NOT need to download the latest iRedMail and run the script.

Upgrades are only supported from one release to the release immediately following it. Do NOT skip releases.
