Can we have per domain BCC, I need all incoming and all outgoung to be BCCed to a certain e-mail account? I have tried the bulit in BCC does not work.

Have you tried this? 

Domains and Accounts > (choose your domain) > BCC > check and fill in the two checkboxes/fields.
