Re: iRedMail on CentOS 7

Thanks a lot for helping. I agree that OS on this VPS is a little bit werid, I also made a little research in Google and found complaints on distributives provided by OVH for installation. They are heavilly modifying linux distributives may, be for better performance with their hardware, but the reason to stay with OVH is the price, I'm paying only 2 euros for 1 core cpu, 1 gig ram, 10 gb hdd and 10 Tb of traffic.

Re: iRedMail on CentOS 7

I can confirm this bug on CentOS 7 with amavisd-new 2.10.1.
The option "NoNewPrivileges" simply doesn't exist anymore in this version but is still in the config file for some reason.

After editing the service config in /usr/lib/systemd/system/amavisd.service also make sure to run systemctl daemon-reload otherwise the change in the service config may not be recognized.

Dear Chrissicom,

Please help report this bug to EPEL package maintainer, so that they can fix it in next release.

Re: iRedMail on CentOS 7

I found the solution

amavisd -u amavis -c /etc/amavisd/amavisd.conf debug

The value of variable $myhostname is "mydomain", but should have been  a fully qualified domain name; perhaps uname(3) did not provide such. You must explicitly assign a FQDN of this host to variable $myhostname  in amavisd.conf, or fix what uname(3) provides as a host's network name!

What's CWP?
