Dear Team,

Is there a way to automate the Mailbox warning when it is full to go domain admin rather than to specific users? Or The warning should go to both the user and domain admin?

Re: Mailbox full Warning to Domain Admin

iRedMail configures Dovecot to send warning message to both user and server admin when user mailbox is 85%, 90%, 95% full.

Re: Mailbox full Warning to Domain Admin

Thanks for feedback. I agree with this but server admin can not have control over all domains in multi-domain environment. Is it possible to send email to domain admin who knows his/her users?

Re: Mailbox full Warning to Domain Admin

You can update script /usr/local/bin/dovecot-quota-warning.sh, use email address of global admin instead of server admin.
is it ok for you?
