I'm afraid that you didn't understand the most important point: port 25 is used for communication between most mail servers.

That means, if your port 25 is closed, other mail servers cannot send mail to you, they don't try port 587 if port 25 failed.

Google Cloud dont have open Port 25 and some other cloud services also dont open port 25.

Some server like this without port25 make only sense if you work with this servers as backend/storage server.
