Is there any way to restore mails for one user with sent items too??

If you have backup mailboxes, then it's ok to restore.

iRedMail configures Postfix/Dovecot to store mails in Maildir format, so restoring is simply copying mail messages to mailbox (with correct file owner vmail:vmail and permission 0700).
