Sending mail to this particular domain gets bounced with the below error message.

maillog:Sep 26 09:59:55 mail2 postfix/smtp[18304]: 258033605FB: to=<emailadrress@externaldomain.com>, relay=envmx.etransmail.com[202.162.242.175]:25, delay=39, delays=0.08/0.02/38/0.32, dsn=5.7.1, status=bounced (host envmx.etransmail.com[202.162.242.175] said: 554 5.7.1 <emailadrress@externaldomain.com>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command))

Until yesterday there was no problem sending mails to this domain,

maillog:Sep 25 14:59:36 mail2 postfix/smtp[11227]: BDF5E360511: to=<emailadrress@externaldomain.com>, relay=nsmtpinpn1.axisbank.com[115.111.211.189]:25, delay=12, delays=0.08/0.02/3.5/8.1, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK DF/DE-02561-DCFD3245)

Searched the forum and Google for a solution but unable to find a relevant answer to this kind of problem. Please help me out.

Re: Mail to particular domain getting bounced

*) Which is your domain?
*) Is relay server under your control?
*) There're 2 different relay servers in yesterday (relay=nsmtpinpn1.axisbank.com[115.111.211.189]:25) and today's log (relay=envmx.etransmail.com[202.162.242.175]:25). Is it correct?

Thanks for your response.

Sorry for not providing the full details.

We are running iRedMail on our own Server with all the necessary things needed for a Mail Server(DKIM Signing,SPF record,Reverse DNS). Mails sent to 'user@axisbank.com' (or anyusername@axisbank.com domain) is getting bounced with the below message.

maillog:Sep 26 09:59:55 mail2 postfix/smtp[18304]: 258033605FB: to=<user@axisbank.com>, relay=envmx.etransmail.com[202.162.242.175]:25, delay=39, delays=0.08/0.02/38/0.32, dsn=5.7.1, status=bounced (host envmx.etransmail.com[202.162.242.175] said: 554 5.7.1 <user@axisbank.com>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied (in reply to RCPT TO command))

I did a dig on the domain 'axisbank.com' for mx records and the relay servers present in the log come up in the result.

# dig axisbank.com mx

Googled as well as searched iredmail forum but all the discussions are concerned with inbound mail destined to one's own mail server where as this problem is happening with outbound mail to a remote server. Was able to send a mail to 'user@axisbank.com' from my Yahoo email id without any bounce. So my conclusion is these guys are blocking our mail server without giving us any reason. Please shed some light on this.

Contact its postmaster, it's not a iRedMail issue.
