I want to know is it is possible to use iRedMail as SMTP server?
Recently I installed only iRedMail in a server and I add domain and created email account. I was trying to set this email id as a SMTP in my WordPress site. I used a SMTP plugin in WP. But it can't send any messages.
I also tried this same email id on "Mozilla Thunderbird" to send and receive email. When i was adding i got security warning and when i was trying to send message that time i also got a security warning message.

If there anything that can help me to solve my problem?

Thanks.

Re: iRedMail as SMTP

You have to enable smtp authentication with STARTTLS  to send email.

*) TLS is STARTTLS in Postfix.
*) SMTPS (port 465) is deprecated, please use TLS instead.
