Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

It's /etc/init.d/amavis on Debian/Ubuntu.

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

Is it trying to deliver stalled emails or new emails? Maybe you can wait for some time.

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

Amavisd service, turned off all the time, because of what it can happen, how to handle this?

14

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

How much memory does your server have? 1GB or even less?

15 (edited by saito7.62 2014-07-16 15:45:13)

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

512 mb. As a minimum necessary?

16

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

No. 2GB is minimal requirement for production use.

17

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

1 gb just does not fit?

18

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

If you server has low mail traffic, 1GB should be fine. Amavisd + ClamAV + SpamAssassin will take most memory for spam/virus scanning.

Re: iredmail does not send mail Accepted

load about 300-500 emails per day, 1gb will be enough.
500 mails a lot or a little?
