Topic: HOW TO upgrade iRedMail to latest in CentOS 6.4?

Can someone tell me where can I find the best practices or a tutorial to upgrade an iRedMail server to latest version? Can I do it through "yum update"? May I upgrade each package one by one? Has iRedMail some kind of upgrade wizard?

My packages versions are:

Roundcube: 0.9.2
phpMyAdmin: 4.0.4.1
PHP: 5.3.3-23.el6_4
AWSTATS: 7.0-3.el6
APACHE: 2.2.15-29.el6
DOVECOT: 2.0.21-0_136.el6
SPAMASSASSIN: 3.3.1-2.el6
MYSQL: 5.1.69-1.el6_4
POSTFIX: 2.6.6-2.3.el6
POLICYD: 1.82-6.el6
CLAMAV: 0.98.3-1.el6
AMAVISD-NEW: 2.8.0-4.el6

Thank you.
