Re: how to dissable some applications

stop
Amavisd-new
SpamAssassin
ClamAV

you can stop these service , modify postfix main.cf ,comment out the line. let the postfix not use amavisd-new

content_filter = smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024

Re: how to dissable some applications

Pysieved provides managesieve service, used for webmail users to customize mail filter rules. Disable pysieved service and webmail plugins should fit your need.

Policyd provides greylisting/blacklisting/whitelisting and other features. Remove 'check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:10031' in postfix config should work for you.
