Hi,

I have a problem with receiving emails from other mail servers.
I have installed the iredmail following this instructions LINK, i configured the hostname to be "mailserv.test.com" and the mail domain to be "mail.test.com", I'm able to receive mails from two users that are located in this server. but when i try to send mails from another mail server i don't receive the email and get this error in the maillog:" Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname;".
after some research i found that the problem is maybe in the postfix LINK, and it didn't help.

It's my first time installing and configuring mail server, please help me make it work.

Re: Can't receive mails from another mail server,

Could you please show us output of command "postconf -n" to help troubleshoot? Did you modify any Postfix settings in file /etc/postfix/main.cf?

Re: Can't receive mails from another mail server,

I think you need to allow your IPs/domain on your clubringer configs which will allow such emails.

you can access cluebringer panel on :
httpS://Your Server IP/cluebringer

Go to Groups and add IPs or domains and see if it allows emails.

I have added screenshot for reference.
