Remove package 'libmail-spf-perl', then restart Amavisd service.

With default iRedMail installation, SPF is performed after queue, personally, i don't think it matters much. Just curious, may i know why you want to disable it?

Re: how to disable SPF on iredmail after installation on Ubuntu?

I am doing a penetration test on some company and i need a local/personal mail server to bounce emails to but the tool am using suggests that it should have SPF disabled for successful results something like that. Am just planning to install it on a debian 6 or ubuntu 12.04 LTS or Kali linux so i dont know which one is the best for the situation?

You must check which Linux distributions are supported by iRedMail first:
