Is there any files created in the log? i was upgrading my iredadmin from 0.2.2 to 0.3 and i deleted settings.ini

Do you have the downloaded iRedMail-0.x.y folder which you used to install iRedMail? If so, there's a file "iRedMail.tips", it contains all username/passwords.
