Topic: Reject unverified EH(E)LO <-> reverse? How about SPF?

Hello.

I want to drop spam rates even more, so I need to implement 3 things:

1. Reject mail when HELO/EHLO does not match reverse dns.
Is 

smtpd_helo_restrictions = reject_unknown_client_hostname

enough?

2. Reject mails when SPF is set for the domain but the source IP is incorrect? Here I have no clue how to do it in iRedMail.
