Topic: URGENT: Receiving email after some hours

Hello,

We have successfully installed iRedMail, however we have a domain from which we receive tons of emails we are receiving with several hours delay.

Is it related with some kind of greylist? And what service is manging this? Is it possible to set this domain in a whitelist filter?

Yes, it's greylisting. It's provided by Policyd service, its config file is /etc/policyd.conf on CentOS, and you can update parameter 'GREYLISTING=' in its config file to enable or disable greylisting. Reference:

It's better to whitelist server IP address of this domain.
*) if you have iRedAdmin-Pro installed, you can add whitelist IP address or domain name directly. Menu navigation: System -> Whitelists.
*) if you don't have iRedAdmin-Pro, please follow Policyd document to add whitelist: http://policyd.sourceforge.net/readme.html

I've no interest in disabling greylist.
After some research, I've whistelisted this domain through PHPMyAdmin... so, I'll wait for news!
Thanx!
