Does iRedMail come with any type of DMARC, DKIM and SPF checking for incoming emails? Or should I search how to implements those specific milters in postfix?

Re: DMARC, DKIM and SPF check

It's introduced in iRedMail Features page: http://iredmail.org/features.html#antispam
SPF and DKIM are built-in features, no DMARC.

Re: DMARC, DKIM and SPF check

Ok. Is there any plan to implement a DMARC filter?

In the link you provided me I also saw spamtrap. That's done with policyd, right? How do I configure it with cluebringer?

Yes, with Policyd. Cluebringer doesn't support spamtrap.
