Topic: auth(default): Error: userdb

Hi zhang,
I need your help quickly
My mail server it's running with no problem since 2 years with iredmail, and to day i have this problem:

Jun 05 08:21:54 auth(default): Error: userdb(users1@domaine.com,127.0.0.1): user not found from userdb sql
107 Jun 05 08:21:54 imap-login: Info: Internal login failure (auth failed, 1 attempts): user=<users1@domain.com>, method=PLAIN, rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1,     secured

I use iredmail postfix mysql

It says "user not found", does this user exist in your SQL database? Please check it first.

*) Please post related log in Dovecot log file, not just the one you think it should be enough for troubleshooting.
*) It's better to turn on debug mode in Dovecot to get more debug log for troubleshooting. e.g. SQL command it executed. Reference:

Hi Zhang;
I solved the problem.

The  active attribute of the table domain was set to 0 (disabled) , of the vmail data base.
I don't know why it's set to 0 ???
I set it to 1 and it's look perfect.
