May i know why you want to do this? Why not just use admin@ and its password, then set 'Reply-To:' to admin1@ in your mail client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc)?

i actually migrated from other mailserver, where we have multiple aliases and organization wide we are using aliases to login,

After looking into the config i assume i will have to add something or tweak query

/etc/dovecot/dovecot-mysql.conf

but any better way or any suggestion plz?

How about create admin1@ as a normal user, but forward all received emails to admin@ (either saving a copy on admin1@ mailbox or not)?
