First I thank you for all your efforts to make iRedmail like it looks today.
I want to ask if there is any technical docs about the internel works of this server (database tables and fields meanings ....).
And do you permit for people to do forks from your project.

iRedMail is licensed under GPL v2, you can fork it under the same license.

Yes!
I'm trying to write user interface in Freepascal to manage server for people who like using a binary applications.

What do you mean "a binary application"? Looks like everyone like open source...
