Hey!

There are a couple of serious problems with the sub-iRedMail
Among other things, do not go and SMTP are not installed in each database structures, and of course the main problem is that you can not create new user.

What I see:

First problem: During installation, ... (Do not know why ...)
[FAIL] Clamav signatures not found in / var / lib / clamav ... failed!
[FAIL] Please retrieve using freshclam Them ... failed!
[FAIL] Then run '/ etc / init.d / clamav-daemon start' ... failed!

Second problem: During installation process. but by configuring. (Optional, because there was no such file or directory is the installation idelyében)
<INFO> Configure Apache web server and PHP.
/ Root/iRedMail-0.8.4/functions/apache_php.sh: line 287: / var / www / robots.txt: No such file or directory

Third mistake: also here ... (This is the most major problem ....)
<INFO> Configure MySQL Database Server.
mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Access denied for user' root '@' localhost '(using password: NO)'

Fourth mistake: same here ... (Do not know why ....)
<INFO> Configure Amavisd-new (Interface Between MTA and content checkers).
drop_priv: No such username:

Fifth mistake: the same here. (Optional, because it was no longer such a library I'm using Virtual hosts, and others are in the library)
<INFO> Configure Roundcube webmail.
/ Root/iRedMail-0.8.4/functions/roundcubemail.sh: line 62: / var / www / index.html: No such file or directory

Due to these overall the service useless in its current form is a promising program with reference to the previous version (0.8.3) in that there was no such problem. The 0.8.4 version so unfortunately useless and of course, this has been an obstacle to ask the previous version, which was good, however, if you erase it, you can not solve the problem.

In addition to their own private e-mail address I can write a letter to the board, because I can not register there, referring to some kind of stick. Then ask someone responsible to look after
Regards, Robert

Re: iRedMail-0.8.4 bug error and problem

The latest iRedMail-0.8.4 works for me with Debian 7 (RC1, code name Wheezy).

- Was your server a FRESH, clean install?
- Did you tweak/modify something on server before installing iRedMail?

Server frisítés was, of course!

Amendments were made only in the apache2 virtual host configured a

Other things I did not modify.
