Trying and failing to see why this is happening. One user can't log into Roundcube. He can log in using Outlook POP3 just fine. I tried with his login information, which I believe to be correct, and it just fails. Here's a log snippet (identifying information replaced with "xxx":

Seems pretty straightforward, except that the login information is correct. Ideas?
