Mail delay has occurred now.
Since we want to solve, I lend the force.

Delay of mail between domains have been registered, has not occurred.
Delay has occurred only mail from the outside.
In the log, has been delayed delivery time that is compared to the time the mail was received by the server.

Become a concern, but the log below.
postfix / anvil [*****]: statistics: max connection rate 1/60s for (smtp: *** *** *** ***)
postfix / anvil [*****]: statistics: max connection count 1 for (smtp: *** *** *** ***)
postfix / anvil [*****]: statistics: max cache size 3at

Do you have greylisting enabled? is it caused by greylisting?

Where is the setting of greylisting?
They remain it during installation basically.

It's provided by Policyd, it's config files are /etc/policyd*.conf

Was confirmed.
GREYLISTING = 1 (1 = on 0 = off)

made it off, would I change anything?

Greylisting should be turned on, it's a good tool to prevent spam. If a user complains, it can be turned off just for one user in the database.

Greylisting will only happen once for every new person that emails another person. Once that person has had their first email grey listed, new messages after the first message will not be delayed.

Try to operate in while in "off" for the time being.
Come out and complain and slow back to the original e-mail.

Spam has increased, consider whether the measures.
Please let me know if there is a good idea. It is non-greylisting.
