- iRedMail version: iRedAdmin-Pro version 1.3.0
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP/MySql
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: CentOS
- Any related log? Log is helpful for troubleshooting.

I created a mail list called abc_user@domain.com at the very beginning when I use the iRedMail, now I need to make this mail list to become user, so I need to delete the mail list before I can create right?

After delete, when I try to Add user, the system keep saying

Error: Account already exists, please choose another username.

I look into the LDAP database, there is no abc_user info.

I look into MySql database, there is no abc_user info.

I look into /home there is no abc_user info.

Please tell me how to resolve this problem ASAP

Please check with phpLDAPadmin, make sure abc_user@ not exist in below ldap ou:

- ou=Externals,domainName=domain.com,o=domains,dc=xx
- ou=Groups,domainName=domain.com,o=domains,dc=xx
- ou=Aliases,domainName=domain.com,o=domains,dc=xx

Also, iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.3.0 is out-of-date, please consider upgrading your iRedMail and iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP to the latest version.
