"The target principal name is incorrect ..."

Sorry, i don't quite understand what your issue is. sad

First of all, please check your IMAP settings in Outlook. e.g. IMAP server address, login username, password.

As far as i know, all components in iRedMail won't return error message "The target principal name is incorrect", so please paste the original error message here.
