Topic: Replace large attachments with urls instead

sending large/huge attachments is not working always. Therefore I thought of sending a url to a website containing the attachment instead.
there are some solutions like mimeDefang which could do this. (i found some more, but seemed outdated)
is there any similar functionality within iredmail or at least someone who did such stuff also?

what is your experience with large attachments?
