Can iRedMail co-exist with Zentyal-infrastructure?

Do you mean http://www.zentyal.com/ ? What kind of co-operation do you expect? Or, which part do you expect to be improved in iRedMail?

Zentyal is to manage the server with a browser. Daemons such as DNS, Apache & etc. Thinking go using it for mgmt of the server as I have plans of extending the applications running on the same box.

You need an all-in-one solution. Maybe ISPConfig? http://www.ispconfig.org/ (I have no experience in ISPConfig, sorry)
