Postfix 2.7 need mysql50, im using mysql51. Why iRedmail is dont using postfix 2.9?

Do you mean FreeBSD? In iRedMail-0.8.0-beta4, port mail/postfix27 works with MySQL 5.5.
Which version of iRedMail do you use?

yup, I mean FreeBSD. Im using iRedMail-0.7.4.tar.bz2, released on 2012-01-09.
