Topic: Update to Unstable Postfix 2.8.5

==== Provide required information to help troubleshoot and get quick answer ====
- iRedMail version: 0.7.4
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version:   Debain Squeeze

Can I update to 2.8.5 of Postfix (Postfix Unstable) in Debian without breaking iRedmail?   It is currently on Postfix 2.7.1

I would like to implement the "smtpd_reject_footer" feature of postfix 2.8

Re: Update to Unstable Postfix 2.8.5

First of all, we don't use unstable Postfix release in iRedMail, you're taking the risk on your own.

Another side, Postfix has great backwards compatibility, so i think it should be fine.
Remind: Please backup all Postfix settings before upgrading.
