Topic: iRedMail 0.5.1 with Shared Folders on CentOS 5.7 + LDAP backend

Hi All,

I inherited an old version of iRedMail (0.5.1) on CentOS 5.7 x64 with LDAP backend (2.3.43-12.el5_5.3). And it has few domians. It's working perfectly, but we need some features to add like 'Shared Folders'.

I found some issues in this forum, but these recommends one of the latest versions of iRedMail (0.7.0+).

Can I add this feature to our version, or have to upgrade it?

List of the issues:

http://www.iredmail.org/wiki/index.php? … MAP.Folder

Thanks for your replies.

The problem is, it's hard to achieve shared folder with Dovecot-1.1.x, so we didn't provide tutorial for Dovecot-1.1.

It's highly recommended to upgrade to the latest iRedMail version when new version available.

I see. I thought this, but I hoped there will be an easier way. I need to read the upgrade tutorials point by point. Thanks again for your reply.
