the problem is I can not install python dependencies to leave since I have to use Internet proxy

You can install them from source tarballs. For example:

# wget http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/p/python-ldap/python-ldap-2.3.9.tar.gz
# tar zxf python-ldap-2.3.9.tar.gz
# cd python-ldap-2.3.9/
# python setup.py install
