Re: iRedMail-0.7.3 released, with CentOS 6 support.

Hi!
I really don't get the upgrade procedure here. I'm running 0.7.2 and want to upgrade to 0.7.3. I have done the changes in the tutorial (# python updateLDAPValues_072_to_073.py) and downloaded and untarred iRedMail-0.7.3.tar.bz2. Now how do I run the actual upgrade from 0.7.2 to 0.7.3?

That's all you need to do to upgrade from 0.7.2 to 0.7.3.

Re: iRedMail-0.7.3 released, with CentOS 6 support.

Thanks for answering, but there still are things I do not understand; In your Changelog you say:
iRedMail-0.7.3:
    * Add enabledService=lda for newly created LDAP mail user. Required by
      Dovecot 2.x.
    * Works on CentOS 6.0, RHEL 6.x, Scientific Linux 6.x.
    * Mbox format mailbox is not supported anymore.
    * Add smtp-amavis_destination_recipient_limit=1 in Postfix for concurrency
      per-recipient limit. Thanks beez <jason@indo.net.id>.
    * Package update:
        + Roundcube webmail -> 0.5.4
        + iRedAdmin -> 0.1.6
        + phpMyAdmin -> 3.4.3.2

How does Roundcube, iRedAdmin and phpMyAdmin get updated just by following your tutorial? (I untarred iRedMail-0.7.3.tar.bz2 in /tmp by the way, not in ie. /var/www or /usr/share)

You don't need iRedMail-0.7.3.tar.bz2 for upgrading, just apply changes mentioned in upgrade tutorial.

I updated upgrade tutorial moment ago, add upgrade tutorial and links for iRedAdmin (open source edition), phpMyAdmin, Roundcube. Thanks for pushing me. smile
