Not able find the Display Name of Mailing list in when mail is sent to mail list, instead maillist id is displayed.
we remember we had this problem with mail users where you helped by telling us to add first and last names in Identity.

Now we need similar help in iredadmin pro.

Sorry, find Display Name in which application? Roundcube Webmail or iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP?
Any screenshot to help me understand your request?

Re: How to make the Mailing list Display name reflect in mail received

i.e.
We created a  mailing list "maillist@domain.com" with display name "Test Maillist" in admin panel, there are two users in the list 'user1@domain.com' and 'user2@domain.com'.

Now pinemail11@gmail.com sends a mail to 'maillist@domain.com. we receive the mail in webmail or pop3 client with to: "maillist@domain.com" instead "Test Maillist" whereas whenever mail is sent to user1@domain.com it perfectly shows their first name last name as updated in Identity in roundcube.

Is there any similar way like in round cube to display first name and last name when members of mailing list receive the mail.

Thanks in advance for the help

I'm afraid that you're talking about mail client issue, not a mail server issue.

If user compose mail with 'To: "Test Maillist" <maillist@domain.com>', then you will see "Test Maillist" in 'To:' field.
If sender just type 'To: maillist@domain.com', you won't see 'Test Maillist'.

It may not be a mail client issue, We had similar issue with mail box user where you suggested to add display name in Identity ( server side)in round cube and the problem was solved.

Even if we send mail to "Test Maillist" it still ends with maillist@domain.com

You use iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP, so mail accounts are stored in OpenLDAP, not MySQL.
But Roundcube will store contacts which created in Roundcube in MySQL database: roundcubemail.
