Hi,

I added an alias in the file /etc/postfix/aliases.

When I type "postmap aliases", I receive an error :

postmap: warning aliases, line xx: record is in "key: value" format; is this an alias file?

Could you help me?

Thanks for your help.

Regards, Christophe

Yes, it works!

The postmap command is obsolete?

postmap is used for lookup table, postalias is used for alias database.
