Seems the object you queried is a referral. Did you try to search a non-referral object? e.g. other accounts.

I solved my issue by changing the following in ad_virtual_mailbox_maps.cf
#query_filter = (&(objectclass=person)(userPrincipalName=%s))
query_filter = (&(objectclass=person)(mail=%s))
#result_attribute= userPrincipalName
result_attribute=mail
so the search result changed to "mail" attribute.
Heh, but now I receive "user unknown" message from mailserver 
UPD. Solved by replace in dovecot-ldap.conf
