Topic: https, did you buy an ssl cert?

Given no answers on my other post, please post here if you feel like it, whether or not you purchased an ssl certificate in order to get encryption for your webmail interface.

If not, please post what you do instead.

I bought an SSL cert and use it for web, IMAPS, POPS and SSMTP.

Ah, too bad. I bet the self generated cert would have been fine for my purposes. I'm hoping I can get an inexpensive cert through 1and1.com  (Geotrust).

FYI, I did get an inexpensive cert through Comodo. positivessl cert. Seems to work fine with firefox. I'm troubleshooting other issues as yet. I hope to eventually report I have iredmail working properly with ssl in a freebsd 8.2 jail.
