Topic: Two domains, one server

Hello all !

I've got a problem... Or not.

I have my main domain, called domain1.fr.

On my mail server, there is official registar certificates, and the hostname of the server is mail.domain1.fr.

Someone asked me to made another domain, called domain2.fr with his own email address.

My question is : the mail server is setup to work with domain1.fr certificates, and the hostname is under domain1.fr.
What are the problems I'll get to make my domain2.fr works ?

Thanks a lot

Re: Two domains, one server

would you check your domain2.fr DNS (A) and (MX) records? your mail server hostname should resolve domain2.fr

Does it means another mail domain?
If so, that's easy. Just add one more mail domain and necessary mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro, that's all.
