Topic: Retrieve messages from Junk folder using Outlook/ThunderBird

I have Outlook, Thunder Bird, and iPhone users that cannot see their junk emails. We can see the inbox and trash but not junk.
With Roundcube everything shows up there. I really need to get this solved since most users do not use the webmail.

Do you use POP3 with Outlook/TB/iPhone?
You have to use IMAP with mail client, so that you can see all mail folders.
