			<description><![CDATA[<p>I never needed such thing so cannot help more.</p><p>However all other collaboration suites, including Exchange, do have that capability.</p><p>So rather then reinventing wheels, see how other guys did it.<br />Open source projects, most of them use similar technoologies in the background, like imap and ldap protocols, to manage things that you want to have, so that is a good similarity right away.</p>]]></description>
