because your mysql server is not in same machine, I believe you need change many thing.

you need to check the log .

I suggest you first install iredmail use local mysql server.
runing and no problem, and the second step is change to use remote databse.

I write "192.168.16.3 mail.sfhec.com" in the /etc/hosts in the pc of my own, shake told me that I need to modify /var/www/roundcube/config/db.inc.php,but what I tried to modify something in the configuration file seems not to be effective. thank him all the same.

I have some problems: there is a file named iRedMail.tips in /opt/iRedMail-0.5.1, the file contains all information about awstatas, roundcubemail,postfixadmin,postmyadmin, which contains username password about login, however,I can only login phpmyadmin,the other can't be access ,return the error messages:
