I am creating multiple email accounts in one of my project and checking the mail through https://webmail.busification.com/mail/. I have changed the setting of storing password in libs/settings.py in iRedAdmin to “PLAIN-MD5” from “MD5”. The password of new created email account are stored in the same format as I have set. There is no issue.

The issue I am facing is in login. I am not able to login with that email account which I have created with PLAIN-MD5 setting. But I am able to login with the email account which I have created with “MD5” format. Can you please suggest if I need to do any other setting there?

I am looking forward for your quick response.
