Guess I missed an upgrade in there somewhere.  Glad I kept the original installer file.  I'd have no Idea which version I'm running.  Turns out to be 8.1.  So When I followed the tutorial for 8.3, I had missed a few things.  Sorry for the confusion.

Old iRedMail versions doesn't use Cluebringer at all, so you can ignore it.

"•Dovecot will send an email to postmaster@ if user's mailbox is larger than or equal to 95% full." . But in the upgrade tutorial you do not mention the change that has to be done in /usr/local/bin/dovecot-quota-warning.sh script.

i have running iredmail since version 0.6.x and i have always updated it with the tutorial.

i have just running through the update steps from

0.8.1 -> 0.8.2 -> 0.8.3

iRedMail uses incorrect SQL table name admin in /etc/apache2/conf.d/cluebringer.conf, please change it to mailbox like below:
File: /etc/apache2/conf.d/cluebringer.conf

    AuthMySQL_Password_Table mailbox
