			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#039;s not restricted with current iRedAdmin-Pro, sorry. Maybe it&#039;s better to let global admin decide which features should be open to normal admin. For example: global admin can set:</p><p>- Allow normal admin to manage per-domain and/or per-user BCC settings<br />- Allow normal admin to manage per-domain and/or per-user throttling settings.<br />- Allow normal admin to manage alias domains.</p><p>Will try to achieve this in future release.</p>]]></description>

Have Global Admins with all attributes to manage the system, and throttling accounts/domains. Only these level of admin (Global)</p><p>3. For security reasons control Admin domains (or Not Global Admins).
