Hi, it seems copy /etc/localtime to /var/spool/postfix/etc/ will solve this issue, please help to test:

# cp /etc/localtime /var/spool/postfix/etc/
# /etc/init.d/postfix restart

It's strange. another user reported this issue before, but havn't found the root case yet.

WARNING: LastLine parameter in history file is '20090515020038' so in future. May be you need to correct manually the line LastLine in some awstats*.mail.conf files.
