It seems this is a SMTPS communication issue, not IMAP+SSL, and SEEMS not your server error.

The only thing which doesn't work at the moment is the SSL support for IMAP. When I turn it on, I can see the following error in the mail log file:

Sep 16 21:53:00 poseidon postfix/smtpd[18613]: SSL_accept error from my.host.edu [123.456.789.2]: -1

Any idea whats going wrong? I use Mail from Apple and with other accounts I've got no problems...
