If you have iRedMail-x.y.z remained which you used to deploy mail server before, you can simplily add this line in iRedMail-x.y.z/config:

USE_RCM='YES'

And then re-execute iRedMail.sh, it will skip all installed components which already recorded in iRedMail-x.y.z/.iRedMail.installation.status.
