- What's the LDAP structure of your AD? or, show us full dn of several users under different domains.
- Did you use AD attribute sAMAccountName for authentication?
- Are there duplicate username (e.g. same sAMAccountName) in all domains?
- If no duplicate username, you can hard-code domain name in Postfix/Dovecot LDAP lookup files, that should work for you.

Needed something solution:
Aeveral AD domains used for user authentication in iRedmail and all these domains have one alias domain, and this alias domain is used for real e-mail sending/receiving. AD domains are used for authentication only.
